Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled appointment. Clients that cancel with less than a 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with me.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
No Shows
If you do not keep your appointment, and you did not cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% of the services you booked.
Return Policy
Please note, that all products that have been opened or used are non-refundable.
